I’m getting paid to blog. How cool is that? :)

My friend, who works at the Ellen G. White (EGW) Research Center in Texas, told me they wanted someone to blog for their organization. My friend knew I liked blogging and marketing, so he referred me to his boss. I talked his boss, and she hired me.

I’m surprised the EGW Research Center actually wanted a blogger.

Most companies don’t really understand blogging, so they don’t blog. But blogs are great marketing tools. In the next couple of years, as companies realize this, you’ll see more and more of them blogging.
