Great Mortgage and Home Loan Site, LoanNetwork.com

As I’m getting closer to the big “three-oh” aka 30 years old, I’ve been thinking of buying a house. It’s taken awhile but I think my financial and career situation is starting to stabilize. I’ve got a good chunk of experience and contacts in the internet marketing and SEO field. This has helped me increase my freelance rates as well as find work more easily.

Anyways, back to home buying. If you know me well, you know that I love to randomly surf the internet for good sites. Well, since I’ve been thinking about buying a house, I ran across this pretty cool site about home loan rates. You can find it at the URL: LoanNetwork.com.

There are a couple reasons why I like this site. First, the website layout or design is clean and uncluttered. I don’t like sites that have too many things on their webpage. LoanNetwork.com has a well-organized website. For example, they have a loans page with links to different kinds of loans including mortgage loans and auto loans. As a website builder, I appreciate the good usability of having a topic page that links to subtopics.

What about the content of the site? Internet marketers know that content is the most important part of a site. Well, here is a section that has helped one of my friends. He is looking for a refinance mortgage. LoanNetwork.com has helped him get free refinance mortgage quotes on his house. He said it was easy to do and the best thing was he didn’t have to spend time driving to a bank or credit union. He did it all online. Also, to get his free quotes, LoanNetwork.com worked with reputable companies like Wells Fargo and Amerisave.

Well, I would be a new home buyer so I spent much of my time reading the tons of articles on LoanNetwork.com. They have a great selection of articles and news that will help any new home buyer make the right financial home decisions.

Wish me luck on my home search and if you’re looking to finance a home or just want more information on home loans and other types of loans, check out LoanNetwork.com.
