Daisies, a violin, and a grass ring (or how my friend proposed)

April 14th, 2006 · 2 Comments

My friend, Jason, recently proposed to his girlfriend, Michelle. I was pretty impressed with his creativity so I decided to blog about it. Here’s some highlights:

I picked her up at her house with a bouquet of daisies (her fav
flower) and in the card it said, “i will be the music of your life
forever.”

She has asked me countless times to sing or play the violin and I
haven’t….So I got back from the truck and I told her to close her
eyes. I came in front of her and started playing, The Swan by Saint
Saens.

I then got down on 1 knee and said, “I want you to be the music of my life forever, will you marry me.”

Did Michelle say “yes”? Well, you’re gonna have to read Jason’s blog entry to find out. :)
