(Day 18 of a series called “23 days to a better devotional life.” I’m posting daily this month on devotions.)

Ephesians 5:18, says, “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”

A couple days ago, I let you peek into my prayer. I gave thanks to God for 17 different things. Today I’ll do the same thing except I’ll make requests to God. I’ll just make 9 requests because it’s 3:00am.

God, I pray that…

1. Iryna would do well on her nursing test
2. the incoming Student Assocation officers would seek to please You
3. the SWAU students would do well in their classes
4. my parents health gets better
5. Jennifer Rosenberg would be healed of leukemia
6. there would be no injuries in the basketball tournament
7. my business would become profitable quickly
8. my sister would continue to be an godly influence as a teacher at Jefferson Christian Academy
9. I wake up in time for my morning class
